I. General Provisions

  1. The Privacy Policy specifies how Users' personal data necessary to provide services electronically through the https://shop.joannabilska.pl/ website (hereinafter: the Service) are collected, processed and stored.
  2. The service collects only personal data necessary for the provision and development of the services offered therein.
  3. Dane osobowe zbierane za pośrednictwem Serwisu są przetwarzane zgodnie z Rozporządzeniem Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46/WE (ogólne rozporządzenie o ochronie danych, dalej RODO) oraz ustawą o ochronie danych osobowych z dnia 10 maja 2018 r.

IV. Type of personal data processed

Administrator może przetwarzać dane osobowe Użytkownika: imię i nazwisko, data urodzenia, adres zamieszkania, adres e-mail, numer telefonu, NIP.

V. Period of personal data processing

Users' personal data will be processed for a period of time:

  • when the basis of data processing is the performance of a contract - until the statute of limitations for claims after its performance,
  • gdy podstawą przetwarzania danych jest zgoda – do momentu jej odwołania, a po odwołaniu zgody do przedawnienia roszczeń.

In both cases, the statute of limitations is 6 years, and for claims for periodic benefits and claims for the conduct of business - 3 years (unless a special provision provides otherwise).

VI. Sharing of personal data

  1. Users' personal data may be transferred to: entities affiliated with the Administrator, its subcontractors, entities cooperating with the Administrator, e.g. companies handling e-payments, companies providing courier/postal services, law firms.
  2. Users' personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

VII. Users' Rights

  1. Użytkownik Serwisu ma prawo do: dostępu do treści swoich danych osobowych, ich sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, przenoszenia, wniesienia sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania, cofnięcia zgody w każdej chwili (co nie ma wpływu na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania dokonanego w oparciu o zgodę przed jej cofnięciem).
  2. Notification of the User's claim of entitlement under the said rights should be sent to kontakt@joannabilska.pl.
  3. Administrator spełnia lub odmawia spełnienia żądania niezwłocznie – maksymalnie w ciągu miesiąca od jego otrzymania.
  4. You have the right to file a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if you consider that the processing violates your rights and freedoms (RODO).

  1. Dane Użytkowników nie mogą być przetwarzane w zautomatyzowany sposób tak, że na skutek tego mogłyby zapaść wobec nich jakiekolwiek decyzje.

X. Final Provisions

  1. The Administrator has the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy, while the rights of Users will not be restricted.
  2. Information about the changes will appear in the form of a message available on the Site.
  3. In matters not regulated in this Privacy Policy, the provisions of the RODO and the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
